Two Month Check-Up

Campbell had his two month checkup Friday. He did really well. I think it was worse on me than him. I knew it was going to be bad when the nurse pulled him down to the end of the table, pulled his legs down and leaned up against them so he couldn't move. I'm glad Cooper was there to help. I stood back and took pictures.

Mmmm.....
It broke my heart hearing him scream like he did

My Little Sweet Thing

Campbell is two months old today and I must say we are so blessed to have him. Every little smile, new sound and gesture he makes just brings a smile to my face! I think he is quite the little flirt too. When I go to put his pacifier in his mouth, he turns his head, gives me a little smirk and looks at me out of the corner of his eyes. Its too cute!
Just relaxing. This has become frequent pose of his. Usually it's just one hand up by his face.

Think this baby is full?

First Trip to the Delta and Granny's 83rd Birthday

We took our first trip to the Delta this passed weekend. It was my Grandmothers 83rd birthday. It was so nice to be home and see my grandparents and the rest of my family. I grew up with my granparents living not even a mile from my house... bike riding distance! It's kinda hard not living so close to them now, especially when I have a little one I want to share. I'm so grateful for them and every minute Campbell gets to spend with them. I hope I look this good when I turn 83! Here are a few pics...My grandparents

Cooper wanted a picture of the water in the delta. Hey, I bathed in it growing up and I turned out alright!

Campbell was very interested in what Granny was saying.
Getting ready to head to the Delta.

Granny Anne's 83rd Birthday!

Uncle Matt's first time to see and hold Campbell... Maybe he will get baby fever! (Fingers crossed, Gina)

Updated Pictures

Boring title I know, but I couldn't think of anything creative. Campbell is getting so big. We went for a little checkup yesterday and he weighs 11 pound and 2 ounces. His little personality is beginning to develop. He is smiling a lot now and trying to make some noise, but he hasn't quite figured it out yet. He also enjoys listening to daddy teach him about the human body, politics, and the world economy. Campbell looks at Cooper so serious, like he knows what he is talking about! It's pretty funny! :)
